• During testing, a specimen is subjected to a vertical load of 294 N while the disc rotates at 30 revolutions per minute, simulating real-world wear scenarios.
• A specified quantity of standard abrasive material is distributed on the disc surface, and the specimen undergoes a set number of cycles to assess wear resistance.
• The machine features an automatic digital counter that ceases operation upon reaching the predetermined number of revolutions, ensuring precise and repeatable results.
• Test outcomes are determined by measuring the volume loss of the specimen, providing critical data for quality control and material performance assessment.
