• The ALFA Climatic Chamber is meticulously designed to evaluate the effects of aging and weathering on various materials, including aggregates, tiles, and concrete, by precisely controlling environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity. This chamber is also adept for general applications like heating, drying, conditioning, sterilizing, curing, and moisture content determination.
• Featuring a full-width opening, the chamber ensures unobstructed access to the stainless steel interior, facilitating effortless placement and retrieval of specimens. Its reduced internal depth enhances operational convenience, allowing for efficient use within laboratory spaces.
• Equipped with a high-end touch-screen controller and thermostat, the chamber offers precise regulation of environmental parameters, adhering to relevant standards. The Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) control system maintains consistent conditions, while a circuit breaker safeguards both the equipment and operators by monitoring and protecting electrical components.
• Constructed with high-density insulation between the stainless steel interior and the powder-coated or stainless steel exterior, the chamber optimizes energy efficiency. An air circulation fan, mounted on the back wall, provides forced airflow convection, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber.
• The chamber is supplied with wire grid shelves that promote homogeneous airflow, maintaining consistent environmental conditions. Multiple shelf positions accommodate various specimen sizes. Additionally, ALFA offers customization options to meet specific laboratory requirements.
